Personal Statement
I have seen the transformation in my overall life through the integration of physical fitness and realized that you must have a strong mental fortitude to achieve your physical goals. I was once 250 pounds and had to go to the ER for blood oxygen level that was below 90% while still at hospital. I since have lost 65 pounds and have dropped body fat percentage to 14.3%. I now no longer have lung problems or problems breathing. I have seen life improvement, physically and mentally firsthand, and want to help all those who are ready, whether these progressions are big or small.
